Who can buy on TVF?+

TVF is trade-only. Boutiques, resellers, live sellers, and flea vendors with a valid resale license are welcome. Apply for an account and we'll verify within one business day.

What is the minimum order quantity?+

MOQ is 1 case. Every listing is priced per case with the units-per-case count shown on the product page.

How is inventory graded?+

Every garment is hand-graded to boutique-grade A1 standard by our team. What you see online is the case that ships — no rejects, no surprise substitutions.

How fast do orders ship?+

In-stock cases ship within 48 hours of payment. You'll receive tracking as soon as the label prints.

Do you ship internationally?+

Yes — we ship worldwide. International duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility. Contact us for a freight quote on pallet-sized orders.

What is the return policy?+

Because inventory is curated and hand-graded, sales are final. If a case arrives with a damage or grading issue, contact us within 7 days for a store credit.

Do you offer Net-30 terms?+

Established accounts with three or more paid orders can apply for Net-30. Reach out from your account page.

Can I request specific brands, styles, or sizes?+

Yes — use the request form inside your account or email your buyer. We source to spec every week.
