- In-stock cases ship within 48 hours of payment.

- Domestic
- UPS Ground or LTL freight depending on weight and volume.
- Free freight
- Orders over $200 ship free within the contiguous US.
- International
- Available worldwide. Duties, taxes, and brokerage are the buyer's responsibility.
- Tracking
- Emailed the moment the label prints.
Returns
- Policy
- Wholesale sales are final. Cases are curated and hand-graded before shipping.
- Damage claims
- Report within 7 days of delivery with photos of the case and affected units.
- Grading disputes
- Reach out from your account with SKUs and images — we resolve inside 3 business days.
- Store credit
- Approved claims are refunded as store credit toward the next case.
- Refused shipments
- Refused freight is billed for round-trip freight plus a 15% restocking fee.
