Trade-only access
TVF Women's Wholesale is available exclusively to verified resellers, boutiques, and licensed retailers. Buyers must submit a valid resale certificate or business license before placing an order.
Pricing
Prices are quoted per case in USD and may change without notice. Live inventory and pricing on the site supersede quotes, screenshots, or prior invoices.
Orders and payment
All orders are pre-paid unless Net-30 terms have been granted in writing. Net-30 invoices past due 15 days accrue 1.5% monthly interest and pause open orders.
Inventory and substitution
Cases are hand-graded and photographed before listing. TVF will never substitute merchandise without buyer approval.
Reselling
Buyers may resell TVF inventory through any legitimate channel. Brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners; TVF makes no claim to third-party marks and does not authorize buyers to represent themselves as authorized dealers.
Liability
TVF's total liability on any order is limited to the invoice value of that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
