Business name, contact info, resale certificate, and order history. We collect analytics on how the site is used to improve merchandising.
How we use it
To verify trade accounts, fulfill orders, invoice, ship, and send occasional emails about new drops. We do not sell buyer data.
Payment data
Payment card data is processed by Shopify and never touches TVF servers. Refer to Shopify's PCI compliance documentation for details.
Cookies
The site uses first-party cookies for session state and a small number of analytics cookies to measure conversion.
Third parties
We use Shopify for checkout and payments, and standard freight carriers for delivery. Data shared with them is limited to what is required to complete your order.
Your rights
You may request an export or deletion of your account data any time by emailing privacy@thriftvintagefashion.com. Deletion is completed within 30 days unless retention is required for tax or legal reasons.
